Description

Position:
The area is located 50 km from Warsaw towards Garwolin and located in a region that has long been known as recreational and leisure areas with an exceptional microclimate.
Characteristics of the plot:

One half of the plot is overgrown with pine forest (with clearing cleared of bushes) and the other with deciduous forest.

The river is very clean and charming, for several years we hosted a family of beavers at the plot!
At a distance of 300 meters there is a larger beach which can be reached eg on a pontoon.
Near:
A few-minute walk will take us to the village, where there is a pharmacy, health center, bank, grocery stores.
In this region, nearby fish ponds have fishing grounds for anglers.
A nearby horse farm will ensure a nice time for horse-riding amateurs.
You can also visit the mini ZOO in nearby Gipsy. The surrounding forests of Garwolin are abundant with mushrooms.
The plot is distant from the asphalt road about 1 km, which guarantees peace and quiet.
The current is drawn from the neighboring plot. It is possible to connect the plot to the electricity separately.

Access from Warsaw:
Road 801 towards Puławy.
There is a possibility of bus travel.
